Mounting transducer

I looked into those, lots of reports of it coming off and losing a transducer. I opted to just drill the damned holes.

I wish I had installed one of those before putting screws in the boat... prep would be important. Is vhb rated for Water immersion?

I opted not to put holes in the boat when I installed my Garmin but also opted not to use stick on things. I used the ride plate for the mount and ran the wire up through the drain hole and on up to the head unit on the dash. Been working like a champ for 4 years at all speeds.
