I have a new to me 2015 AR210, twin MR-1 engines. I tried changing the oil twice and both times could only get out one quart from each engine. Posting to help the next person…

There is a hole a little smaller than a quarter that your extraction tube has to find to get that second quart out. It is at the bottom of oil cap reservoir. I switched from a softer extraction tube to one that was less flexible so it would stay straight. Then for me, that hole was just right of center of the cap/dipstick opening. The tube doesn’t drop very far but if you are careful, you will notice when it drops in. Your extraction tube has to pull from there to get all the oil.

Hope this helps!

Yes, thank you…there is a tray that sits in there that has the actual hole I was referring to that is offset from the screen. A gentle hand and a plastic tube…hope I‘m okay. Is there a service interval i should follow to inspect that screen?
