Does anyone have a photo of the back side of the multi display unit to share?

I'm trying to compare my connex with another unit to see if mine is missing something that should be attached. (had it replaced 5 months ago)

The reason I ask is I have no alarm sounds any longer. I performed the "alarm test" but had no "BEEP".

I wondering if the service dept may have messed something up.
