Did you ever determine what the 0.91 inches was for the bearing measurement? I’m doing mine this week and would like to know if there’s specific measurements I need to be referencing?Temps in the 60's today
Took the boat out for an hour
No noticeable difference in sound, acceleration or top speed
Peace of mind knowing my bearings are good, the boat was put back together properly and now I have a spare set of impellers - priceless
I was not able to get confirmationDid you ever determine what the 0.91 inches was for the bearing measurement? I’m doing mine this week and would like to know if there’s specific measurements I need to be referencing?
Did you just press them on as far as they would go then?I was not able to get confirmation
It was pretty obvious where the bearings had been. There is a guide attached to my thread on this topic.Did you just press them on as far as they would go then?
I was actually planning to get a new shaft as I'm pretty sure the impeller side threads will be unuseable. It was pretty obvious where the bearings had been. There is a guide attached to my thread on this topic.
Based on the difficulty that you are having with removing your impeller I wonder if the threads on the shaft will be useable after you get it off?
The SBT replacement shaft actually looks like it has markings where the front bearing should go?I was actually planning to get a new shaft as I'm pretty sure the impeller side threads will be unuseable.
I can't find any specs in the service manual regarding exact location of the bearings.
So you also have 2000 rpm noise? I've always had it and it's always bothered me a bit, but I assumed it was "normal" on the 2019 190s. I know we have a new pump ring with a new wear ring configuration.Yeah, what is the cause of that slowish idle gravely noise?
