Yeah, what is the cause of that slowish idle gravely noise?

it's thought to be the slight tolerance between the impeller and wear ring along with bearing condition,

Temps in the 60's today
Took the boat out for an hour
No noticeable difference in sound, acceleration or top speed

Peace of mind knowing my bearings are good, the boat was put back together properly and now I have a spare set of impellers - priceless

Did you ever determine what the 0.91 inches was for the bearing measurement? I’m doing mine this week and would like to know if there’s specific measurements I need to be referencing?

With upgrade/maintenance season upon us I plan to pull my pumps and inspect everything. Has the oil bath grease combo been the preferred method ?

Is this the correct impeller tool ?

It was pretty obvious where the bearings had been. There is a guide attached to my thread on this topic.

Based on the difficulty that you are having with removing your impeller I wonder if the threads on the shaft will be useable after you get it off?
I was actually planning to get a new shaft as I'm pretty sure the impeller side threads will be unuseable.

I can't find any specs in the service manual regarding exact location of the bearings.

The SBT replacement shaft actually looks like it has markings where the front bearing should go?

Also in that thread you mentioned that the shafts push out from front to back. If you remove the nut at the rear side (inside the cone) couldn't you push it out from back to front?

So you also have 2000 rpm noise? I've always had it and it's always bothered me a bit, but I assumed it was "normal" on the 2019 190s. I know we have a new pump ring with a new wear ring configuration.
