My new ballast bag..

I got the picture off a news story about a bust of a large marijuana growing operation.. they had filled this large bladder to us as irrigation somehow..
 
That is a silt bag used for de-watering. It's something the environmentalist require.
 
The military uses the same bags to store fuel. My buddy who has a irrigation company makes custom bags like that to go in your crawl space. I need to ask him about custom ballast bags.
