Well its the off season so I decided to just tear down my 04 rhino for some much needed TLC. I have had it since 2005 so it has seen many variations of riding. Mud, snow, water, water logged ( actually floated once ) , and now just casual riding and doing yard work around the house. I hope you enjoy the pics as much as I have enjoyed tearing it down and rebuilding it myself.

Man you have a bunch of gas cans!

That's cool! Even cooler that your wife(?) is helping!

Now for the nice color, burnt orange metallic flake:

Lol, yeah those are for a lot of different vehicles, I have 2 cans for my banshee, weed eater gas, chains saw gas, heater fuel, daughters atv gas, rhino gas can.....

That is my 11 year old daughter wrenching on the Rhino with me. She likes to help.

Now we are doing the motor. 686 Cc with upgraded cdi, sheave, exhaust, filter crank and rod. Should do around 60 to 65 mph.

I can't even imagine the boxes of left over parts I would end up with if I did something like this!

I once changed a dog house on a '76 Chevy Nova and ended up with at least 10 "extra" bolts. No way I could ever tackle something like this.

@jcyamaharider you are nothing short of a miracle worker in my book. I'm glad there are people like you in this world to fix things for people like me. And I think it's awesome that your daughter is learning too.

I love doing crazy stuff like this, having a service manual helps as well.... ;)

HahaHAHA! The first image that came to mind when I saw @jcyamaharider 's impressive teardown was Jethro's leftover parts basket when he rebuilt the truck!

Put the top of the roll cage in primer last night.

This is awesome! I wish a place to do stuff like this! My daughter liked to help as well until she grew up. Now at 25 my son is wanting to learn to work on stuff and that has been a new way for us to stay together more.

Painted the top parts of the roll cage tonight and came home to some goodies!!

Big gun eco exhaust, jet kit and my shock covers.

Goes with my newly painted 2000 degree exhaust very well.

I'm behind the scenes being the muscle when lifting the frame in and out of the truck and helping clean up the messes and organize everything. Oh and I am the approver before any purchases! Ha Ha All jokes aside it really does amaze me on what @jcyamaharider can do. Why buy new when everything is rebuildable!

You planning on adding any wet sounds into your design while you have it all ripped apart? Still got time!!

No, if I get any wetsounds stuff it will be for the boat and the Rhino will get the left over items. The rhino already has my old tower speakers on the back rail.

It makes it much easier for him with support like that to do these types of things!

What kind of paint is that? I love that color and have a couple of projects that need to be hit in the near future.

That is bright orange metallic single stage urethane paint from summit racing. A clear coat is required also. Also use grey primer. I love it!! Very nice to spray.
