Any one have a light bar installed dark as can be one place I launch at .8 foot wide water way , beach on one side sandbars on other side with a wicked current Lesner Bridge Virginia Beach last time I came back in hit the sandbar help need some ideas!

Go with a hand held light. With a light bar (mounted on the tower for example) you won't be able to see beyond the white interior of the boat.

And it is illegal to navigate with a light bar on, you will blind the oncoming boats.

Boat Lights.jpg I have a light bar on the front and the back of the tower. The light bar on the front is super bright and you can see way out there, but as previous people noted - I would just use a hand spot light that way you can control it easier.
