I didnt read all these posts, just sharing info in case it helps someone. I sent out a brand new OEM bimini top to Sew Fine in Oklahoma to be used for a template to make me a black bimini top. If anyone is also interested, please contact Chuck at Sew Fine. He has recovered some seat cushions for me and others and done a great job, for reasonable prices.

I'm not sure if the shape changed, but they went from web straps in the rear to the hard stabilizers. So the chance of the shape changing is great.

I just spoke to the guy @piney1 referred me to. He may make a template of my boot which would allow him to make the same for anyone that wants one. Again, with this boot you can leave the Bimini canvas attached to the tower so it’s easy to deploy and stow. No need to unzip the 4 flaps and stow it all in boot detached from the tower.
