Alright, now that some smart forum members have a solution to the cleanout plug water issue, can we talk about the Neutral Rattle?

When I purchased my boat, I had the dealer install the Cobra fins on it. Since day one of running my boat, I get a slight rattle when buckets are in N position. I'm 99% positive it's because the nozzles with the cobra fins are "more jiggly" in N, causing the noise. I can recreate this by rattling the nozzles out of the water. I can also stop the rattle when on the water by holding the nozzle with my hand from the back of the deck. Any forward thrust resolves the issue instantly as the nozzles tighten up.

So all of you unpaid Yamaha engineers, how to tighten up the nozzles without impacting performance and turning ability?

@Bruce makes/sells better small bushings that take a lot of the slop out of the nozzles
