Yeah, sounds like she’s had an engine and/or ECU replacement at some point.
not sure of actual operating temps, maybe someone can chime in with that, but you likely won’t see water coming out any of the side ports. Just not enough pressure/volume on the hose.

Scupper valve
Impeller housings
Clean out plugs were in there good and had not been out in years, wouldn’t even release the locks
I took the top screws off and then used a sliding hammer with a chain , took about twenty slides to take out the top section, then used a pipe and hammered down the bottom part and removed it thru the impeller housings
One is missing the release button
Got two new ones and cobra locks and will use these as spares once I rebuild them
Got her fully detailed
Got new impellers going in
Trailer got new
Leafs
Equalizer
Axles
Hubs
Fenders
Rims
Tires
Winch
LED lights and new wiring
Have to replace two Rear crossmembers that are rusted out, gonna put some aluminum ones in with some custom brackets
What the best way to clean the clean out plug hosings? Wire brush on a drill? And blow it out?
Lots of work but she’s going to come out good and happy to be saving a vintage
