New SBT motor will not start. Yamaha MR1 HO

It might be a loooong shot, when i had my 2008 ar230 i disconected the batteries to had a third one and i left a small cable disconnected, because that small cable one of my engines wouldnt start even tho the other one did. So chech your battery cables, all of them.

Wow, that’s frustrating. At least you’re back up and running again. So it sounds like you were able to diagnose and replace the woodruff key without sending it back and without breaking any tamper seals and voiding the warranty? If so, that’s a victory.
Yes I was and I was very happy I didn't have to send it back.
