New to me, 2020 FSH 210 Deluxe. Looks like the previous owner didn't take the plugs out as religiously as I or other members would insist on. The boat was dry slipped it whole life, but used exclusively in salt water.

So heres my problem/issue. One of the cleanout plugs is stuck in the locked position. Its almost like its spring loaded. I can twist it to the unlock position but it springs back to lock as soon as I let go of it. (Sidenote: I took a ziptie to the tabs on it the other day "load" the plug placed it in the tube, then cut the ziptie to lock the plug in place.) It was my first trip on the boat so didn't want to miss the maiden voyage.

I attempted to unscrew the 4 screws off the top, followed by the big smachine screw in the middle under the handle. Now what? I can't pry it apart or anything. These plugs are definitely a bit crusty from the saltwater. The port side plug is free to twist to lock and unlock.

Thanks,

Jake

Disregard, after I got to work for the night I was able to do some proper searching and googling. I guess I am just going to order a rebuild kit, and try to disassemble my plug.
