Ridesteady hell yeah
5.25 install I will update you later. Getting ready to go to the thunder playoff game

Glad to see you decided to keep her! I think the 21ft is a great size.

Just want to follow up on the swim deck speaker install. I have been looking around and your 210 is the first one I have seen with 5.25’s installed back there. I initially thought I was going to have to go with around a 4 inch speaker...

Any tips/pointers/threads to review would be greatly appreciated!

PS I tried to PM but was unable to connect.

I measured the crap out of it. Finally I measured the to the center point of the speaker with the grill on. Marked my center point with a grease pen or a dry erase. I put the grill up there with tape to make sure I liked it. Hoping I had the depth because I could not see behind. The knowing that others had done it helped. I took a small drill bit and drill it with the drill in reverse. I took a small screw driver and put it through the hole then marked the depth on the screwdriver shaft. I did and I taped it up with painters tape and went to town with the hole saw. I don't remember my size saw.Screenshot (15).png

ok so they are not 5.25 but 4" sorry , hope that helps anyways

Thanks for the tips and confirming the speaker size as well as the necessary tools. As for running the wiring, does that cavity where the speakers are mounted connect to the port/starboard underseat storage compartment?

I got around to buying all of the supplies and when I look to mount the speakers I am noticing that the edges of the grill do not fit flush all the way around the circumference. How did you remedy this? Or do the grills sit better when actually mounted vs being mocked up?

So little clearance and room for error!! 🤔

(Pardon the messy swim platform)
