Finally got around to cooking the triple tail my daughter and I caught

it was my first time cooking fish so I’ve been a little apprehensive

first was pan fried/blackend
Two pcs with Tony’s creole sprinkled on
One with tajin
Both were very good

second was skin on, covered in mayonnaise then heavily sprinkled with kingsford smoke seasoning and a honey pepper seasoning
Cooked on grill for 17 minutes
Skin was seared and meat just fell off the skin
