ummmmm...I'm going to need some more information about double breaded meatballs! I have a feeling that those might find a permanent place in my culinary repertoire.I have to start uploading right after.
Here are a few dinners.
Father's day was picture of spread.
I wrap hotdogs in Pillsbury hawian dough filled with cheese then wrapped in bacon
I made those skewed steaks filled with Mexican cojita cheese.
I make a lot of home cut fries and use that seasoning. Works great on chicken and steak too.
I made double breaded meatballs and used pan to hold them. Worked out like mini meatloaf

Korean Ribs,
last sunday morning as I was walking the dog our Korean neighbor flagged me over telling me they had sprinkler/water pressure issues, quickly found the broken sprinkler valve and repaired, this Sunday, two big plates of ribs to cook!!
not nearly the Mclaughlin presentation but ribs/rice, it was GOOD !
Had them many times when stationed in Korea they were great
Holy shit man, that plate takes me back to my childhood!!!In Sanibel for a few days and here is tonight's dinner.
Made extra GB blend for 8 fat burgers for Wednesday. Can't Do it back to back.
So tomorrow is kabobs corn and baked potatoes.

Update, it was wicked goodCountry style ribs in the slow cooker for the next 8 hours. Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce and brown sugar.
