Official/Unofficial JB What's For Dinner Thread

I have to start uploading right after.

Here are a few dinners.

Father's day was picture of spread.

I wrap hotdogs in Pillsbury hawian dough filled with cheese then wrapped in bacon

I made those skewed steaks filled with Mexican cojita cheese.

I make a lot of home cut fries and use that seasoning. Works great on chicken and steak too.

I made double breaded meatballs and used pan to hold them. Worked out like mini meatloaf

Just finished tonight's dinner.

Made fresh bread with Dukkah spice mixed in flour. Topped with honey butter.

Pounded and seasoned steak with breading.
As I was eating it I said "I forgot to top it with ham
and Swiss"

I have more breaded steak for tomorrow milansea style with spaghetti in tomato sauce.

I season rice in cooker and add lipton onion mix and a Chinese fried rice powder. Then add can of black beans and EVOO. Comes out great.

ummmmm...I'm going to need some more information about double breaded meatballs! I have a feeling that those might find a permanent place in my culinary repertoire.

I embellish the 80/20 GB by adding bacon and pepperoni then using a ice cream scooper make them uniform.
Grab eggs and a little milk with the panko breadcrumbs. Dip once then repeat. It forms a nice layer around MB.
I cook them in oven on a pan at 400/425 degrees for ~20-25 mins.
