I'm looking for the photo that has been posted on here several times of how little of the hull, and how none of the nozzel, is in the water a speed. I've searched, but I can't remember what we were discussing when it was posted...so I can't find it. Anyone have it handy?

That is an awesome picture. There is also a video that JBP made capturing the same thing, very interesting video for sure.

@DBamaC if you’re wondering if the missing sealant in your pump makes a difference I believe @swatski and the others say you need to have it sealed because some boats from the factory had poor sealing and cavitation or had low performance from the pump since it was leaking air. I saw your other post wondering if this could be your issue for lower speed after you had to recently pull your pump from sucking up a stick. I don’t think they seal it to keep water out I think it’s sealed for pump efficiency but I could be wrong. But I would think your RPM would be higher and not lower if you were not sealed since I assume it would cavitate like a slipping clutch.

Maybe you have a boost leak? Check your piping and clamps from the supercharger->intercooler->throttle body. New plugs too if you haven’t changed them in a while as well. Check to make sure you are hitting the throttle stop and that your throttle cable doesn’t need to be adjusted.
