Pump control com error on 2017 Yamaha 212x

When I start my boat I get a pump controller com error on the connex screen with an alarm sounding .
The alarm has to be manually turned off and this problem is intermittent. Does anyone know how to solve this issue . The dealer that we purchased from has no clue.

Is the dealer a Yamaha dealer? That’s not very impressive.

I have the same boat and had several problems with the Connext screen but not this one. Is everything else working? Is this the only error code you’re getting? With my problems I had several error codes.

I’ve never heard of pump controller. I can’t imagine what it is. Hopefully somebody else has seen this issue.

The pump controller could be for the ballast pumps did you try to operate them it may be recognizing that the unit has some type of fault.
