Well it didn't make it a year. Any good replacements out there?

Is that a warranty item? I haven't read that problem reported at all, but it was one of the things that I figured would be an issue. I assume heavy exposure to the elements would weaken the strap vs. a fixed metal handle you see on other swim decks.

Yeah it is covered under warranty. Honestly though with my dealer being 30-40 minutes away and the OEM part only $11 on prime... if nothing is better I will just get it shipped to my house in a few hours.

I would look into replacing it with a stainless steel option seeing as yours didn't last a year. Can't imagine it costing much more.

Any idea of one that fits?
