Relocated to Sunny Florida, from Wisconsin...

Welcome to Florida!

Welcome to the neighborhood!

I'm jealous man. Enjoy FL. I just moved within Ohio, and I told my wife it this is the last move here. Next time, I'm headed south.

Congrats on the new job and the move to a warmer climate. I plan on joining you down there in retirement. Unfortunately, that is about 18 years away.

68 degrees today. Just shot a round of golf. Kickin' back with a few beers.
Doesn't feel like Christmas time with the warm temps. But I'm lovin it so far !!
I couldn't bank on having another bunch of years in me... There is no time like the present and you never know when your number is up...

New Port Richie is about 20-30 min from me. Super popular boating area, so no worries there. Housing is considered a bit less desirable than other close areas. Depending on your budget, check out Palm Harbor, Oldsmar (bit south), or even Trinity, which has seen massive amounts of improvements and new commercial + residential construction.
