One of the few things I'm not 100% satisfied with when I did my big JL Audio upgrade was how I ended up running the speaker cables on the starboard side. They current are loomed but the loam is visible in the storage area. I'd like to somehow tuck it up and away so nothing accidentally snags on it, however, I'm not sure what the best method to do so is. Or, if I should be running those wires differently (under the floorboard somehow, etc) then I'm open to idea. My initial thought was try some heavy duty two-sided zip-tie mounts and see if they hold up and inside the storage area. But, with the salt water, heat, moisture, vibration I'm not certain they'll hold very long.

Any suggestions?

I used mounts similar to these .50" Natural Adhesive Cable Tie Mounts 100/bag Part # CM50-9C but without the peel-and-stick adhesive.

I used used this putty J-B Weld WaterWeld 2 oz. Epoxy Putty Stick (Case of 6)-8277H-6 - The Home Depot to attach the cable tie mounts to the rough fiberglass up inside the gunwhales to tie up my wire looms up out of the way and out of sight.

Worked very well. Good luck.
I did the same. Initially tried the double side tape but those popped off within the first week. Expoxied them to the gunnel and they've stayed solid for 3 years now.

Yes! ^^^This^^^......Bought them for the first time while doing my current install and they work great. Used them in several locations to hide/move wires.

I used Velcro to hide/secure my wires. Works surprisingly well for this single wire, and lighter bundles. The Velcro is surprisingly strong, and I'll be doing something similar when I run larger wires.

Hard to tell in this picture, but the wires are sitting on a "ledge" on the hull, so they are kind of in a "corner" so to speak. Velcro isn't holding the full weight of them.
