Has anyone stayed at Sea Crest in Bimini before? Just looking for a cheaper place to stay and dock while in route to Exumas. Their rates for room and dock looked reasonable.

I have not stayed there but just a suggestion from someone who has been to Exuma there is no need to stay in Bimini on the way over. You should be able to make it to Nassau the first day even in rough conditions If you want To stay in Bimini then do so on the return trip for a day or two to recover

I fully agree with @robert843, unless you have unlimited time to get to Exuma I would get to Exuma as fast a safely possible. One day to get to Nassau is easily doable, that will give you a full day to do the last 90 miles to Staniel Cay, Exuma which is plenty of time to enjoy some good exploring on the way down.

As for stay at Sea Crest, I personally haven't stayed there but have toured some rooms, they were decent, nothing fancy but a clean place to lay your head at night. For a one night stay I would definitely stay there.
