I have an odd question about the new Switch and you all may be able to enlighten me....
What have they done to enable it to handle the weight? You're not supposed to tow with a PWC for long periods but isn't the Switch essentially full time "towing"?
You’re just retuning the computer to get full HP out of the engine. SeaDoo detunes some engines as a marketing ploy! To tune it you’d need to send in your ECU to a shop or buy a computer that connects to the ECU and do it yourself. Riva has maptunnerx but riva is kind of overpriced
congrats on the new boat. I just read this thread for the first time today. Wow, what a concept. I’d love to see some pics of yours and would love to see a real review when you put some time on it.
I asked my local dealer if they sold any switch models so far this year and was told that only a handful of California dealers received any. The same dealer said they did not yet know if they would get any next year.
