What does everyone use to clean the vinyl seats? I got a little touch up pain in the seat so I used some spray goof off on the spot and it brought the area back to a bright white shine. Not sure if bleach would do the same. I tried those boat seat cleaners and they are lousy. Just curious what the community uses?

I've had pretty good luck with 303 Multi-Purpose Cleaner, but not perfect. I always keep a container of Magic Erasers on the boat which work well on my seats. I'm also going to try Vinyl Sauce when the 303 runs out.

I avoid anything with bleach. ...damages the fibers with continual use, I have been told.

If I understand this right, you now have a really clean spot on a seat?

Don't use magic erasers on vinyl for regular cleanings. Those erasers are basically sandpaper! Use as a last resort on major stains.

Try to restore the remaining seat area color with a degreaser like simple green or roll off and a mild brush. Spray on and brush in circles. Make sure to rinse well and follow up with a vinyl protectant like 303.

Bleach based products are no good for the threads. . . . . If you MUST use them, or do accidentally make sure you rise VERY generously with fresh water.
