Is there a way to set a new account so that it can’t PM until the account has met certain criteria?

1) Posted a intro message
2) Been active for a specified amount of time? Maybe 12-24 hrs?

Might help with this and similar phishing scams.

You guys are not alone. No phishing link in my PM's either, maybe @Murf'n'surf hammered out the sickle before I saw it and hit report. It's probably Putin anyway, he has been looking for the antidote to the russian vaccine, and it's side effects.

Is Putin fishing or phishing? The bot has nothing to top this. It can't even get it's boat information right.
