I want to recognize and thank Justin and the whole Hydrophase crew for their outstanding customer service. I shipped my Ridesteady CPU to them on Tuesday--for the Autolaunch upgrade--and then contacted them asking for special handling of my order--I hoped to get it back before the weekend. It's a long story why the sudden rush. I did let them know that I really had no serious expectation of them fulfilling my request on such short notice. But I thought it was worth asking.
They received my CPU on Wednesday morning and managed to ship it back Wednesday afternoon!!! I got the CPU today and reinstalled it this afternoon. Calibrating Autolaunch was way easier than I thought it would be. I am thrilled with Autolaunch! Wow, what a difference. Don't even consider not upgrading! Looking forward to a really fun weekend on the boat!
