Sous Vide Pork Chop

What’s your time/temp? I sous vide pork chops at 145 for 4 hours.
 
The OP picture looks great! Nice sear on there.

I tend to like my pork chops sous vide to 155. I know it is safe at 145 for that long, but there is just something about it being too pink that is a little unsettling with pork for me. at 155 it will still be juicy and flake apart, but the pink will be gone.
