Spacer and Washer found - Where from?

I was inspecting the inside back of my 2017 FSH 190 Sport like I typically do each year. I removed the back right bucket holder as that gives me a good look at all internal hoses, etc. I noticed laying down on the bottom what looks to be a spacer and large washer, not attached to anything. Does anyone know where they might have come from? Pictures below with the purple circle showing where they were laying. Again, this is right below the very back middle of the boat.

From the diameter comparison of both, they don't seem to be from the same origin. Have you inspected this area before?

I have before but they were kind of hidden. I just happened to catch a glance of the washer. The spacer was really hidden. I just felt it when I reached in to get the washer. And the spacer looks brand new.
