Starter replacement - 1.8L

Hello @Neutron. Just to give you an Update, I was able to move the impeler and there is still no cranking. When I try to spin the impeler I feel it “raspy” however still not getting sparks at the solenoid when I try to bypass it. I may need to replace the impeler housing but I feel the issue will remind as I think now it is an electrical problem. I am losing the power somewhere in between the battery and the engine. Could it be the solenoid that is dead?

I know there is a lot of info in this post, I just wanted you to know how far am in the troubleshooting process.
