The clamp from the air filter box to to ribbon tube.
 
The big clamps around the clean out plug tubes.
 
Those guesses would end up in the bilge ???

The clean out plugs tubes are in the bilge under the cover. So that is exactly where it would end up if they cut extra length off after installing those 6+ " clamps.
 
I would check the cavitational rotating belastifer which is attached to the harmonic enhancement muffilation divider just below and to the left of the pintastificational fuel enhancement switch on the port engine.
The pipe clamps were manufactured with a grade 3 multi-polymer in Thailand which can degrade after 3 seasons of use.
 
I found an identical piece by my bilge pump last week.....
