before and after interior removal

Interested to hear with what you go with for transom remote/head unit. I'd like to replace mine, but seems too many options/unknowns for me to pull the trigger as to what will fit/work.

I ordered a wetsounds mc-1 should be here in the next day or so.

yea the mc-tr is the remote and the mc-1 is the head unit. Was really wanting to go with the mc-2 but after talking to couple audio guys I decided on the mc-1
how do you plan to mount it/where is it going? That this looks pretty tall. You planning on trying to cut open the stock area some more?

@Jaycav
Who is going to do the upholstery? Any cost estimates?

Im mounding it in the stock location. The display just has one wire coming out of the back going to a blackbox so I would have to do any cutting.

Lews Auto trim is who im using he quoted 3500. I got quoted as much as $5800 from other shops.

Nice! I went with tan/black mats on my boat as well. Once it warms up I'll be installing them. Interested to see how the headunit looks. Isn't it curved there?

It’s flat. It should fit pretty well. I’ll post some pics this weekend.

Unit was delivered today. Was surprised to find that the cord from the black box to the display is long enough I can mount the box on my amp rack with a little fabrication E2C59D3A-2FE1-469D-AC61-2E16AA429111.jpeg
