tint vs non tint

I love having mine tinted. I seriously feel like the cabin area is cooler with the tint, I can put my phone on the dash and it doesn’t over heat.
One thing to think about is when you have the pass through open the passenger will not be able to see through the windshield very good. My wife always sits facing backwards since we never have the lounge seat up in the forward racing position, so it’s not an issue with us.

I can’t imagine putting tint on the outside, seems like not would get scratched easily, and bugs and such hitting it and trying to clean that off.

I tinted my own windows on several vehicles. Usually ones that had VERY flat windows. The compound curve on the boat windshield makes me nervous, but I think I might give it a try. Was hoping to do it this past winter and never got around to it. Maybe this year?

Run 20% on all my vehicles, was going to put the same on the boat. Looks like most others have a similar darkness.

Agree tint is the way to go. Go the extra couple bucks and get the polarized film. Looks great and actually helps to spot swimmers with the reduced glare.

I have the same boat and color. I'm trying to convince the Admiral that we need to do this. Anyway I could convince you to post a front side facing shot?
