Anyone actually get the size yet? These definitely didn't come with my boat. . . .

Yep just confirmed today! The hex key is 1/2 inch and the socket is 15/16 inch - deep socket. I didn't talk to the dealer today though, hopefully tomorrow.

Does your tower break off above the boat or do you have to unbolt it from the fiberglass? The service manual makes it look like it should be 5/8" for the allen wrench.

On the AR's, which are Diamondback towers, you can break it off from the frame that attaches to the boat.

For future reference in case somebody is searching for what size hex/allen wrenches are required for a 2007 AR210. Mine requires both a 3/8" & 5/16".

I ordered replacement rubber(?) packing plates for mine as well. My boat is only a year old, but mine are already completely dried out and cracked. I'm blaming a bitterly cold/dry winter. Good to know the HEX size. I also plan on doing one at a time, hoping it's not a terribly difficult task. My primary concern is accessing the the underside bolts. I'm not exactly a "small" guy.

Have you tried to get them replaced under warranty?

No ... warranty repair for me is for major stuff only, as my dealership (the nearest one) is in a different state 4 hours away. :) These were cheap enough that it wasn't worth the hassle for me, even just to have replacements sent to me.
