Tower speaker swap question

I have a 2019 242x and I want to replace my tower speakers with some Rev 8’s or Rev 10’s. Has anyone just taken off the factory tower speakers and swapped in some Rev 8’s or 10’s? Is that doable?

Just take em off and instal the other in it’s place it’s a no brained. Just got positive and neg wires run power and ground if you want to add led ring

I'm a fan of the Wet Sounds quick release swivel mounts if you can splurge for them.
