Hey! The last two times we towed the boat we take it down this road with annoying little expansion joints and every time we hit them the trailer rattles real bad. I believe it to be the winch post but I'm not 100%, is this normal? Thanks y'all!

Loosen the strap and see if you can move it or wiggle by hand.....there should be bolts to tighten if so. My 2006 trailer made a racket but my 2013 is quiet.
 
Check you bow winch post to make sure the boat is resting fully on it.

Also check your brake lines on the axle. Some trailers had them fastened with zip ties that break off over time. You might be hearing the brake line rattling.
