Does anyone have any clear pictures they'd be willing to share how they coordinated mounting of transom transducer with Trim tabs installed? Will probably add trim tabs later and don't want to have to move new transducer. Thanks in advance.

@Dixie Highway Has mounted trim tabs and looks like he had to move his transducer. One of his pictures shows the transducer either on or next to the ride plate couldn't see exactly hopefully he would be willing to share. Oddly enough I was going to try to ask the same question today.

My original placement is covered up by the tab, luckily I had a transom saver on there and simply cut it off. I didn’t really have room to put another one on, so I just mounted directly to the fiberglass. My tabs are 12”x9” (12” wide) I’m about 3” from the edges, i could have gone a bit farther outboard but I felt this was the best compromise still giving me room for the transducer.

Thanks for the reply you are appreciated!

Any loss of signal at any time while mounted there?

Every now and then. Aggressive maneuvering (pulling tube, etc) will cause it to not read. Sometimes when the tabs are down pretty far it seems like I’ll get some glitches here and there, otherwise pretty solid.

Does anyone have a photo of their tabs installed on a FSH 210 2019+ or later? I dropped off my boat last week to get my tabs installed and just received a call from the shop stating that they do not fit, which puzzles me because I left them a photo of another member's install.

The tabs I ordered are 9" wide x 12" length (skinny and long)

Any additional photos or placements/measurements would be appreciated.
