Trouble uploading files

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this but, does anyone know why I get an error pop up that says "there was a problem uploading your file" when I try to add a picture? The size of the files are really small 140K ish.

Any help would be appreciated.

I still can not post from my work computer but was able to from my Windows 8 machine at home. It could be a java thing or something.

You can drag and drop files into the editor or you can use the upload a file button below the editor. A firewall may be causing issues sending from your office.
