@Benauge , if the impeller still has all its blades i suggest you get the boat back in the water to determine if you really have any performance issues otherwise you might start spending time and money on a problem that doesn’t exist. Maybe the shaft and impeller are slightly out of alignment after the rope incident and just need to settle.
