I built out the backyard about 5 years ago in an effort to squelch boat fever (pool, outdoor kitchen, outdoor fireplace, etc.). It didn't work. Bought the boat last year and I run to the lake whenever it is nice. It appears that like many on this forum, I am investing all of my money in depreciating assets. Not smart, but it is fun. I wouldn't mind those ribs pictured above....mmmmmmm.
