No pun intended
But I find the wake is a bit turbulent behind my 242 LS compared to my buddy's Chapparal stern drive. What are you wakeboarders/skiers doing about this? Any noticeable relief when lengthening the rope 10-20 feet?
 
I agree, I don't love wakeboarding so much behind my boat as the jet wash is not great. You may get out of it a bit by lengthening the rope but you also might find it puts you out of the zone with the best height of the wave. That was my case. My buddy has a boat with an outboard and its so much more fun to ride behind
