Warranty on left over stock

So looking at 2018 scarab 195 open id
The boat is new left over stock, so my question is does anyone know if the 3yr/450hr warranty from Rotax starts on purchase day or if warranty is already diminishing. Looking at scarabs information it looks like on the whole the warranty will not be a full warranty like a 2020. It states if the boats manufacturing date is 12 months past When purchased a evaluation must be done and warranty can be diminished. Can’t find anything on the motor though which is more of what I’d be interested in for warranty purposes.

@Stang7tl .....warranty should start on the date of purchase. If the dealer is wavering just say the deal depends on that. I bet that solves the issue.

You found a 3 model year old boat at a dealer? Didn’t think that would be possible this year.
