does anyone know why i would be getting water backing up through the hose connection for running engine when the boat is out of the water? it most noticeable when the boat is in motion.
The port OEM flush fitting on my boat started leaking. It was the reason I kept finding a little water in the engine compartment. Pressure is highest when underway (the higher the rpm). The flush valve is just a check valve with a flush fitting receptacle.
