Need help in fixing a massive water leak as seen in video

No vid...

he must have fixed it, I don't see any leak lol

Oops i need help also in uploading video... anyways, noticed water leaked coming from cooling system.. is it possible to patch it with sealant or plumbing patch?

our website doesn't store videos, you have to upload it to youtube or other media player and then attach the link to your post

Please refer to this link regarding water leak to my yamaha jet engine. Need help to fix it. Leak is basically pouring from cooling system i think. Was not able to determine if it's hot though. Thanks

Is it just coming out of that one spot ? Can you locate the source?

Video still not any good however my guess would be a welch plug ,, the sand casting process leaves round openings to remove the sand, they weld in plugs and that material is different than the cast material so as a rule the part welded in the opening corrodes and leaks , most people just clean it really good heat it to remove moisture and use a lot of J B WELD to patch it, this can last a season or more then just do it again. try just posting a picture

Finally viewed the video. I believe the engine may have been run hot and some of the parts may have warped , you will need to disassemble those parts surface them and replace the gaskets.

thanks a lot COBRA JET STEERING. really appreciate your quick response and inputs. will try to post pics as well.

run the engine last weekend and traced the leak. lo and behold! 2 bolts were missing and a 3rd one is loose. a little tightening and installed 2 bolts plus jb weld. leak is gone.
