I'm installing my shutoff valves under the access hatches between the cleanout ports. The heater hose I bought to re-route the water line is right over the wet exhaust box. I'm assuming that since there should be water in there, it wouldn't get hot enough to damage the hose... right??

When I had to replace all the clamps back there, I found that one of the electrical lines for my underwater LED's had come loose and was laying on top of one of the water boxes. I looked at it really well and there was no evidence of damage to it. I would assume that it would be okay, especially if the hose is rated for any kind of heat. I think you're good...

I figured, since water can't get over 212.

I wasn't sure if hot gasses could get caught at the top or not... but I just realized that the box is held down with rubber straps, LOL. Apparently, I'm good.

:D

Yea, forgot about the straps... I really need to do that mod myself, take some pics...

Putting it together now and did take some. I really scored with the China-direct stainless hardware. It's the real deal. Won't stick to a magnet at all.
