what is this and do i need another one?

I was winterizing my boat today and noticed i was missing this rubber cover... 1) what is it? 2) do i need to order another one? 3) if so, does anyone know where i can get one?

You would think it would be in the engine compartment somewhere, but i haven't found it yet

Hmmmm. Neither of my engines have that plug. Time to check the IPC. Looks like it is p/n 60E-12495-00-00 (seal, pipe 2) at $3.77 a piece. Since we are both in SC maybe I should just order three for less shipping and mail one. I was at Tega Cay this summer. Nice to have the lake back up. It is not an important part in my opinion; just keeps junk out of there.
