They don't really make stainless steel tools (that are affordable for average use), but you can get chrome plated tools that help cut down on the rust. I am planning on purchasing some desiccant to keep in the tool kit once I buy it.
The fuel cap listed is actually a great idea; I remember watching one fall to bottom of the lake when refilling the jet ski years ago. The beaded retaining string broke as I removed the cap. In addition to a multi-function toolkit like others listed, I also keep a full set of spare plugs, and extra clean-out plug, just in case.
I keep waiting for @veedubtek to pipe in and show us his on board tool kit, but since he hasn't I will post the picture for him! This must have been taken before he moved it to the boat.
Thanks guys I was short on the Jet tools for sticks ect...........Hook blades look to be a must I'll haft to add to my tool box....I also carry a small electrical tool box on board seems over the years I have wired around more than a few sensors to keep things running.
