What years did Scarab make major updates to the Scarab 195 line?

Scarab owners, what years were critical updates and major improvements made to the 195 line (particularly ID, HO etc.) ? Wondering if there is wisdom for those of us looking used. Sometimes there is cutoff (2015, 2018 etc.) that buyers won't buy earlier than based on major updates. Thanks in advance!
