Today I finally got out on the water and fired up my new Simrad GO7 XSE, however I was not impressed with the Insight charts that came with it. I would like more detail on the charts especially water depth. I mostly boat in the rivers and bay around Ocean City Maryland and Assateque Bay and sometimes in the Chesapeake. So I am not one who will need ocean charts so I am wondering what charts you would recommend such as Navionics, Cmap etc.
Thanks[flag]

Navionics has some great charts. I use them on my phone as a backup. But I really like them better than Garmin charts

I added Navionics+ to my Go7. You can use their website to get a preview of what the charts will look like in the area you boat (or the app).

x3 for Navionics+

I have decided to go with the Navionics + unless there is a good reason to with the platinum version. If there are please let me know. Boat primarily in the bays and rivers around Ocean city Md and Assateaque Island with may an excursion to the eastern shore of the chesapeake for fishing.
