Why upgrade from 2013 212 to 2020

Im considering moving on from my 13 and dont want to go to 242 since you gain no space in the cabin. What are some compelling reason to make this move?

Sound reduction?
Hinged seats?

(ok, that is about all I got. I have a '12 and I ain't movin')

I was never a fan of the uneven chair heights in the those 212 SS models. Off the top of my head you got the upgraded reverse buckets, articulating keel, connext, hinged seats, sound proofing, and better clean out plug design. None of those are really game changers though.

Oh, the clean out plug. Ok, you can add that one to my list. Maybe the reverse buckets (not enough info on those yet). But the others (Connext and the keel) seem to me to have as many downsides as upsides. IMHO.
