I have no idea who to turn to. Im having an aluminum jet boat built. I hate the windshield setup holder and i wanted something better designed and was hoping you guys might be able to recommend something.

There is 2 rods that hold the window. I know for a FACT my fat ass is going to hit one and bend it, or a kid will jump on it. I just do not like the way it looks. Any recommendations on a better window holder setup?

Does it have to stick out so far? If so, could you turn it into a loop where those two points connect, like a large grab rail with a rubber handle?

That was my first design thought. Yes, you can make it shorter. I was wondering if there were any other ideas.
