Does anyone have a step by step link to winterize these boats? Heard you cant fog the engine either?

Unless you are storing your boat for 12mos or more, DO NOT fog your engine!! Too many people have problems when they bring them out in the spring. This has happened mostly to the Northern Boat owners.

And the best move when getting your boat out of hibernation is a set of new spark plugs, a $12/engine well invested.

I keep reading conflicting information regarding winterization. Where is the engine manual?

I have an off brand jet boat and since no one has heard of it, I just get blank stares and mumbles when I ask questions. I am new to jet boats so I am hoping I have everything covered as far as winterizing it. I have felled the tank, added the stabil, ran about 1/8 of a tank out of it to make sure the carb is treated. Have made sure the hull is empty, and that is where I stopped. It was a gift so kind of unprepared. It is in a garage but it is not heated. The guy I got it from said the little port on the driver side towards the back corner was where you would use a hose and funnel to add antifreeze. The port is too big for any hoses I have as far as garden variety. There is a screen on The port so you cannot put a funnel in the hole...I got to thinking that I am not sure what that port is for and didn't want to pour antifreeze in there without knowing for sure. I have asked 5 local boat retailer/services but they cannot tell me anything without me bringing it in and spending $100 to look at it... Any insight? The manufacturer is still in business but have no manuals and were less than helpful.

It is an Euroline Cyclone Sport with a Merc 120. It was made by a company out of Wi. Called Sierra Power Boat. I live in Kansas. Sorry for the delay in replying
..apparently I replied to the email.
